As a Credit Risk Underwriter you will have the responsibility for making credit decisions on all assumption transactions. The position will also support the credit risk team with additional loan reviews.
What You Need To Know
- Review assumptions requests that we received from our servicing portfolio and make credit decision in compliance with agency policy.
- Complete special projects within the credit risk team as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 5 years of mortgage industry experience
- 5 years of Underwriting experience
- FHA DE and VA Credit Authority Required
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Highly adaptable team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Even Better
- Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
- 5 years of purchase loan experience preferred
- Previous loan assumption experience

The expected salary range for this position is between:
$73400.00 $99400.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
