The Fleet Programs Change and Communications Manager is primarily responsible for managing change and communications associated with Fleet Programs activity being the EntryIntoService (EIS) of aircraft types that are new to Qantas Airlines including A321XLR and A3501000URL. This role provides expert change management advice and leads the change portfolio as well as being responsible for setting the internal communication strategic direction in consultation with the Groups corporate communications teams and delivery of communications in a dynamic fast paced environment. You will work very closely with the Fleet Programs leadership team key teams within the operational business units as well as other internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

Essential criteria Tertiary qualification Relevant Professional qualification e.g. professional accreditation in project management Significant project and programme management experience with evidence of balancing a customer and a commercial focus Proven cost management political and planning skills
