Job Description
As a Senior Test Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 or Salesforce you will lead the design and of comprehensive test strategies to ensure CRM solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Youll drive endtoend testing efforts across workflows integrations and customizations while mentoring junior testers and collaborating closely with developers business analysts and stakeholders. Your proactive approach in identifying testing gaps optimizing processes and leveraging platform updates will play a key role in delivering highperforming and reliable CRM and ERP solutions.
Qualifications :
- Handson experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Proven experience testing CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 and/or Salesforce.
- Proficient in creating and executing test plans test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
- Strong understanding of SDLC STLC and defect lifecycle management.
- Solid experience in functional regression integration system and UAT testing.
- Experience in API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with JIRA TestRail Confluence or similar test and defect management tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in ceremonies and sprints.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
