Job Description
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Creating UPS labels.
- Printing Labels.
- Responsible for QA/QC sheets.
- Printing Certificates of Disposal (CDs)
- Mailing out manifests and CDs to customers
- Filing of manifests
- Printing and filing of profiles
- 2nd backup of receiving inbound loads
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience providing administrative support including Hazardous/NonHazardous waste generating reports and some DOT EPA & OSHA experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics services
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing and able to work in team and fast passed environment
- Must possess strong communication skills
