Whats the Purpose
This programme is designed to empower unemployed South African graduates (ages 1835 by offering onthejob training mentorship and exposure to the working world. Over 24 months learners will gain practical experience develop critical professional skills and build a foundation for future career growth in risk and compliance.Minimum Qualification Requirements:
You must hold a minimum of a threeyear tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:- Mathematical Statistics / Data Science
- Agricultural Economics
- Business Management
- Credit Risk
- Risk Management
- Law (LLB)
Be South African citizens
Have no prior fulltime work experience after graduation
Be passionate motivated and willing to learn
Be open to extended hours and occasional travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete duties and tasks as allocated by your mentor
- Participate in ongoing personal and professional development
- Conduct research and compile reports memorandums and presentations
- Support administrative and compliancerelated functions
