Job Description

We use innovative technology to turn raw materials into distinctive highquality ingredients for our customers. These ingredients are used in products that millions of people around the world use or consume every day.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn new concepts and information using process procedures manuals and diagrams.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures climb stairs climb ladders lift & carry 55 lbs and perform other physical duties.
  • All open positions are shift work with all operators having a fixed 40hour schedule based on set shift times. The sites current shift schedule is 3 8hr shifts each day 7am3pm 3pm11pm 11pm 7am) including weekends and holidays. Additionally our team members can be required to work overtime and callin as business needs require.
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic mathematics reading comprehension and problemsolving skills.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education & Work Experience:

  • High school diploma/equivalent or higher education required.
  • Mechanical or chemical equipment operating experience desired.

Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency.

When determining final compensation we take into consideration: skillset job scope knowledge prior experience cost of living market data budget availability and other factors as permitted by law.

Starting pay for this position is $24.03/hour with increase after 90 days to $26.30/hour.
