Machine Operator/Helper
Pay: $18/hour
Location: Tulsa OK
Shift: FridaySunday 5:00 AM5:00 PM (training on days MondayFriday for 2 weeks; overtime as needed)

We are seeking a Machine Operator/Helper to assist in processing coil steel into flat sheets which are then cut to specific lengths for tube manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is eager to grow their skills in machine operation and general shop support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up operate and monitor multiple machines to ensure proper startup and quality production.
- Perform general labor tasks and assist across shop areas as needed.
- Move material using forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow all safety and health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to minimize downtime and material waste.
- The Machine Operator/Helper will also perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator/Helper or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills; able to use precision measuring tools.
- Comfortable performing mathematical calculations and reading production instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for extended periods and work in hot cold wet or humid conditions.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts overtime and variable schedules when required.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing walking bending and kneeling throughout the shift.
- Must have good vision including depth perception and color recognition.
- Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts; proper PPE is required at all times.
