Experienced Insurance Sales Consultant
Northampton
DOE
Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays
Our multiple awardwinning client in the Insurance industry are looking for experienced sales consultants to join their team in Northampton. They are keen to hear from people with a background in insurance that understand the sales lifecycle with great service and communication skills.
Key Duties:
- Work as part of a team of experienced consultant handling new business enquiries
- Providing quotations based on customers needs and requirements
- This is a phonebased team servicing both and in and outbound calls
- Reaching out to people that have enquired via their marketing campaigns website or email.
- Understand customer/clients needs and present solutions based on their requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will be confident positive and have an outgoing personality.
- You will have worked in an insurance environment and ideally some experience of selling.
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible and proactive approach
- The ability to work within a friendly team to achieve goals and objectives
- Good numeracy and literacy
- The highest standard of integrity honesty and quality of work.
- Customer focused and an empathetic nature
