Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the nations largest nonprofit organizations providing services insight and leadership in the evolving field of behavioral healthcare. Devereux Arizona serves more than 4000 individuals with emotional behavioral and cognitive differences each year across the state. We offer residential treatment shortterm residential treatment a private school communitybased services integrated care services prevention programs respite services and therapeutic foster care.
Located in Phoenix AZ the Training (Learning) Specialist schedules and delivers training and development to DevereuxArizona employees using a variety of instructional strategies and activities suited for adult learners. The Learning Specialist will monitor evaluate and record training activities as well as assist to create and develop training materials. This position will also conduct new hire orientation.
Pay Range: $20 $22 / hr
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am5pm with evenings and weekends as required

Minimum high school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelors Degree in Education Human Resources Business or related field highly preferred
Four 4 years of formal training experience with a high school diploma/GED OR two 2 years of formal training experience with a Bachelors degree
Behavioral Health experience preferred
Experience training adults highly preferred
Proficient uses in technologies utilized to deliver presentations
Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications Outlook Teams PowerPoint Excel
