We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a Team of Warehouse Associates and oversee the daytoday operations of the department. You will ensure the receiving storage and restocking of products from suppliers and other sources.
OurMinimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in distribution required.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain autoliability insurance in accordance with State laws.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

- Associate degree in Business or similar discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
- Conducts physical inventory compares results to computerized inventory and reconciles any differences.
- Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
- Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
- Supervises Warehouse Lead Workers or Warehouse Workers to ensure timely reports of products billed to retailers but not shipped to insure timely preparation of credit memos.
- Reports on building security vehicle security and warehouse loading productivity.
- Assist Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
- Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
- Resolves routine equipment issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking bending reaching standing and stooping.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to twentyfive pounds at times.
