Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Understand and effectively communicate the features benefits and value of Subaru vehicles
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets contributing to the overall success of the dealership
What Were Looking For:
- Previous sales experience preferably in the automotive industry but not required
- Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for Subaru vehicles and a passion for helping customers
- Selfmotivated proactive and driven to achieve sales goals
