Scheduling Coordinator
Position Summary
The role of the Scheduling Coordinator is to assist the Ship Maintenance Lead (SML) in organizing all required routines while developing an integrated schedule for the Work Period. The Scheduling Coordinator manages the preparation monitoring and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules. They ensure accurate and timely reports are produced as required along with updating realtime dashboards and communicating schedule changes across the enterprise. During the evolution of the Work Period the Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate with the Technical Material Expeditor and advise if the identified Material is not in Stock. Additional tasks will include but not limited to; Raising Purchases Requisitions on behalf of the SML collecting and organizing Objective Quality Evidence and assisting Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack Management.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to the Coastal Planning Team Lead for the coordination preparation monitoring and maintenance of Waterfront Maintenance packages and schedules. The preparation and maintenance of these maintenance packages and schedules is done in conjunction with the various stakeholders (ie Ship Maintenance Lead Team Leaders FMF and SubContractors) as required. The work packages will be used to identify and validate that all required maintenance has been identified in the appropriate work period. The schedules will be used to identify the program critical paths in conjunction with end customers and other project companies and manage the work periods.

This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware software or technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List the Canadian Controlled Goods Program the Canadian Industrial Security Program the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
