Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair drivers written reports and verbal complaints about trailers.
- Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
- Test equipment and systems for performance.
- Perform repairs to brakes and electrical systems.
- Replace parts.
- Document repairs.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of air brakes hydraulics electrical and ABS brake systems preferred.
- Experience with various hand tools preferred.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Welding or fabrication experience (preferred).
- Must pass preemployment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver license with good driving record.
- CDL license is a plus.
