Proper Change Management is a critical success factor in growth at McDonalds. We support Change at McDonalds through our Change Center of Excellence (COE). The Change COE partners with leaders to enable the human side of transformation ensuring people adopt the changes needed to promote the longterm success of our business. McDonalds Change COE is seeking a Manager of Change Management to drive the development and deployment of change interventions using our framework and methodology.
The immediate need is for support on transformational digital programs within our Global Technology and Restaurant Experience function. Future assignments may span other McDonalds functional areas.
This role will report to the Senior Manager Change Management.

The expected salary range for this role is $112860 $143900 per year
