1st shift (United States of America)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Program & Portfolio Management: Lead and coordinate a portfolio of CSBB events and strategic programs from inception to completion ensuring alignment with the strategic vision business goals timelines and budget constraints.
2. Project Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans for individual projects events and/or initiatives within the portfolio including scope timelines milestones dependencies and budget.
3. Financial Management: Manage and track multi-million-dollar budgets across programs and/or events including forecasting spend reconciliation and value tracking.
4. Executive Support: Provide strategic and operational support to Executive leaders including the preparation of Executive presentations communications meeting materials and external engagements.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across business units support functions and partners to ensure seamless coordination communication and execution.
6. Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality updates performance insights and/or dashboards for senior leadership audiences to accelerate decision-making.
7. Leadership: Serve as an extension of the Office of CSBB demonstrating strong leadership sound judgment and poise under pressure while driving high-visibility initiatives and representing executive priorities with professionalism and precision.
8. Ad-hoc Initiatives: Support special projects and high priority initiatives as assigned.
9. Travel: Role may travel up to 50% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. 7 years of experience in business management consulting project/program management communications and/or a process improvement related role.
3. Strong skills and experience in effective stakeholder management issue resolution influencing negotiations and managing to stringent timelines for program and project deliverables.
4. Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex programs projects and initiatives
5. Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools especially Excel PowerPoint and Word.
6. Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage competing projects in a deadline-driven environment.
7. Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
8. Ability to manage ambiguity and bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
9. Passion for results and personal accountability for achievement.
Preferred Qualifications:
10. Advanced degree in a relevant field of work (e.g. MBA). PMP and/or PgMP.
11. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement facilitation and project management methodologies.
12. Experience leading large scale programs and initiatives across a heavily matrixed organization.
13. Experience with financial measurements and metrics.
14. Previous financial services and event execution experience is a plus.
15. Advanced experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau etc.) and/or resource management tools (i.e. Workfront etc.) is a plus.
