What You ll Be Doing: Role Snapshot
Be part of our client s team as a Citrix Administrator managing and optimizing virtual environments while delivering secure seamless user experiences. You ll troubleshoot maintain and enhance Citrix systems in a role that keeps critical infrastructures running at peak performance.
Tech Specs That Matter: Role Overview
Shift: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM EST or 5:00 PM 2:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday)
Work Setup: Onsite Colombo
- Install configure and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud and NetScaler (ADC)
- Monitor system performance security and availability to ensure a stable and scalable environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrixrelated issues including user access performance and connectivity problems
- Implement and manage Citrix policies user profiles and group policies to enhance user experience
- Oversee Citrix license compliance and conduct capacity planning
- Apply updates patches and upgrades to maintain system security and performance
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing infrastructure and applications
- Provide technical support and conduct training for endusers and internal IT staff
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guidelines
- Support disaster recovery strategies and business continuity planning
Requirements
What You Bring to the Command Line: Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Citrix Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud and NetScaler (ADC)
- Proficient in Windows Server administration Active Directory and Group Policy
- Familiar with virtualization technologies such as VMware or HyperV
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including load balancing firewalls and VPNs
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation (a plus)
- Citrix certifications (e.g. CCA CCP or CCE) highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
