Job Description
Our Brisbane branch is seeking an Internal Sales person to perform a mixture of inbound and outbound sales.
What youll be doing:
- Inbound sales receiving phone calls and emails processing orders and providing quotes.
- Outbound sales managing existing customer relationships with outbound phone calls seeking to maintain & grow their sales. Also possibly some customer visiting as required including Kanban servicing maintaining inventory of items Anzor supplies at the customers site.
- Following up on quotes and getting feedback.
- Building positive relationships through a friendly & helpful approach.
- Updating the CRM.
- Assisting with trade counter service warehouse duties purchasing & admin as required.
Were after someone with:
- Experience in internal or external sales or a B2B customer service role.
- Fastenings/fittings knowledge would be a plus but isnt required as training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numeracy skills & attention to detail.
