Job Description
In this position you will be employed by Valicare in Slovakia but will be working for the Syntegon Pharma portfolio.
- You secure and increase incoming orders in your sales territory by selling services for Syntegon machines.
- Existing customers in the assigned markets will be independently managed by you.
- Working closely with our customers agents and inside sales partners you will ensure that our shared goals are achieved.
- You will continuously monitor the market our customers and competitors in line with the companys strategic direction and service sales.
- You will lead and support internal sales channels.
- Due to the international environment you will travel approximately 60 of the year.
- Your workplace will be based in the office in Trenianska Turn Slovakia with responsibilities including customer visits and acquisitions in the assigned area of Eastern Europe.
Qualifications :
- A degree in a technical or economic field (such as mechanical engineering electrical engineering or industrial engineering) or equivalent further education (such as a technician with extensive experience).
- Experience in international sales within the mechanical engineering industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office.
- Businesslevel fluency in English Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset excellent communication and negotiation skills and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Strong implementation skills dynamic and a team player.
- Systematic and conceptual approach to work.
- Ambitious individual with strong presentation skills.
