Job Description
Well respected Consumer Goods manufacturer seeks a passionate highly engaged Plant Human Resources Manager for one of their key facilities.
As HR Manager you will be a critical member of the leadership team and a strong business partner working with leadership to enhance culture and employee engagement for their approx. 350 employees.
Reporting to the Senior Director of HR you will manage 3 direct reports all areas of HR including employee relations labor relations recruiting training EEO/AAP benefits compensation and continuous improvement.
This is a highly visible role that has both strategic and tactical components.
Location: Macon MO. Relocation offered
Compensation: Pay Range:$90000$Bonus 9 40k match excellent relocation outstanding benefits.

- Provide guidance on HR aspects of plant operations.
- Resolve employee relations issues.
- Drive talent management succession planning and organizational development.
- Manage staffing processes including recruitment and onboarding.
- Implement and audit HR procedures.
- Identify training needs and oversee training programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead cultural assessments and action plan .
- Oversee performance reviews and salary planning.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree.
- 5 yrs related HR experience in manufacturing.
- 5 yrs supervisory/management experience in a production plant
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with internal stakeholders and peers.
