This is a remote position.
Schedule: Thursday to Monday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Winnipeg Canada (Central Standard Time)
Paid hours per week: 40 hours a week
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone and potentially other channels
- Assist users with app downloads and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Help customers with missing codes and general inquiries
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and file management
- Conduct basic research to support company operations
- Assist with basic client outreach including invoice followups
- Draft simple documents and presentations as needed
- Handle daytoday administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using smartphones and troubleshooting basic app issues
- Basic administrative skills including data entry and file management
- Ability to multitask between customer service and administrative duties
- Comfortable with remote work and using various digital tools
- Flexible schedule to cover extended support hours
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong aptitude to learn the product to effectively be able resolve customer issues in real time
- Proficiency with: Canva Google Workspace MS Office
Scope:
- Provide customer support for a wide range of selfguided audio tours and locationbased games
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries from basic troubleshooting to general questions
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the company through various administrative tasks
