Job Description

As a Paid Social Media Strategist youll thrive at the intersection of creativity data and innovation. From shaping cuttingedge paid social strategies to building persuasive proposals and trendforward POVs your work will influence both clients and internal teams. Youll lead with insight train teams on platform updates and energize a fastmoving collaborative environment where strategic thinking and social expertise go hand in hand.

Employment type: FullTime
Shift: Night Shift Mon Fri 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Weekends off)
Work setup: Temporary Work From Home Makati

Your Daily Tasks
  • Develop impactful social strategies using your deep knowledge of publisher and Unified products
  • Lead the strategic process and crossfunctional teams in delivering insights paid social tactics and technology solutions
  • Design measurement plans to test theories and maximize client success
  • Present complex social strategies to clients partners and internal teams with clarity and confidence
  • Create highquality presentations on social media trends platform updates and best practices for internal training
  • Mentor team members review proposals and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements in key projects

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor s degree preferably in Marketing Advertising or Media
  • 2 4 years of experience in digital and social media
  • Background in brand and/or communications strategy
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a balanced analytical and creative mindset
  • Excellent persuasive storytelling and presentation skills
  • Deep passion for social media and proven ability to leverage it for marketing success
  • Solid knowledge of both branding and direct response campaign strategies
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in media research tools such as comScore Media Metrix Nielsen Facebook IQ and eMarketer
  • Demonstrated problemsolving capabilities and adaptability
  • Ability to build trust quickly by effectively applying platform knowledge and insights
  • Positive proactive attitude with a teamoriented approach
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint Keynote and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
