Are you passionate about information security and eager to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of one of the leading hotel chains in the Nordics Strawberry is seeking a dedicated coordinator to lead the implementation of CIS Controls v8 across our organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our strategic security initiatives.
About the role
As a coordinator for the implementation of CIS Controls v8 you will:
- Coordinate and drive the of security controls in collaboration with IT product teams and other relevant departments within tech but also in hotel operations.
- Structuring and documenting the work ensuring clear ownership and tracking progress.
- Work closely with the security team and internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation tailored to organizational needs.
- Help to develop and improve documentation processes and guidelines to facilitate compliance and longterm security governance.
- Be responsible for continuously documenting the work in CIS CSAT to track progress and ensure alignment with CIS Controls v8.
- Assist in reporting to management and relevant stakeholders on progress challenges and solutions.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a background in the hotel industry and understands our tech stack and organization.
- Is passionate about security highly curious and eager to explore new challenges.
- Has experience in project management and the implementation of management systems.
- Possesses a foundational level of technical knowledge including general security concepts threat management security architecture operations and program oversight. You should understand key cybersecurity principles risk mitigation techniques enterprise security models and governance frameworks.
- Has strong organizational and documentation skills to create clarity and structure.
- Has a solid understanding of IT and SaaS environments including cloudbased services and modern development processes.
- Thrives in a crossfunctional work environment and can communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Has a pragmatic approach to security balancing business needs with security requirements.
- Is fluent in English both written and spoken.
