As a Operations Manager you will:
- Liaise with DOS staff have full authority to act on behalf of the contractor and provide full control over all contract operations at their respective Center.
- Manage and maintain involvement in the hiring of personnel operations and quality reporting contract management and operations excellence.
In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency the salary range for this role is $103000 to $173000; however Serco considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience education/training and key skills.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- 510 years of relevant experience.
This position requires you to be able to work onsite in the Portsmouth New Hampshire office.
