Job Description
At Amazon we are working to be the most Customercentric company on earth and as part of that were constantly looking at taking to a new level in how we fulfil and deliver customer orders.
We are building a world class last mile operation significantly complimented by Delivery Service Partners (DSP). Amazon works directly with DSPs to make deliveries to our customers.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Last Mile Network Health team. This person will work closely with regional operations stakeholders account managers internal teams and customers to manage the life cycle for Delivery Service Partners. As the team is relatively new this role is a great opportunity to influence the overall DSP program set processes and drive improvements. This role will mainly be focused on the French region while supporting wider EU.
The leader will have a proven track record in taking on endtoend ownership and successfully delivering results in a fastpaced ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities
Manage multiple projects and tasks ensuring timelines are met resource needs are understood
Effectively influence negotiate and communicate with internal partners and senior leadership
Create SOPs and drive process improvements
Developing new plans and roadmap to drive expansion
Ensures critical path timelines are met resource needs are understood and project prioritization is visible to senior leadership
Cross functional coordination and alignment
Able to switch between supporting leading and managing
Comfortably transition between big picture strategic thinking and tactical daytoday planning and .
Collaborating with stakeholders including
Coaching and Compliance teams to build a supportive culture of DSP growth and development
About the team
The Network Health team is part of the wider EU DSP organization. Our role is to work closely with our stakeholders in assessing the health of our business partners (i.e. the network) and how we can improve the winwin collaboration with our DSPs while improving performance and compliance.

Experience in improving processes
Experience in using excel
Bachelors degree
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to work across multiple teams to create solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
Master degree / MBA
Experience in a transportation environment
Experience in operations sales business development or logistics
One of the following additional languages: German Dutch French Arabic Italian Spanish
Strategy consulting or other general management experience
Account Management and/or negotiations experience
Strong project management skills of breaking down tasks simplifying roadmaps establishing owners and timelines and status reporting
