Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team . In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the automation of AMZL delivery stations across North America and Europe. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to identify and select strategic suppliers lead complex negotiations and ensure seamless project from technology proof of concept development to scale up strategy and .

Key job responsibilities
Supplier Selection and Qualification:
oIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers based on capabilities costeffectiveness and reliability.
oLead the negotiation process to secure favorable terms and conditions for our organization.
oConduct rigorous supplier qualification processes to assess their ability to meet our quality delivery and performance standards.

Project :
oDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient .
oMonitor project progress identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
oCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project stays on track.

Supply Chain Optimization:
oContinuously analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
oDevelop and Implement strategies to scale up the technologies across regions with qualified suppliers
oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and address any issues promptly.

Risk Management:
oIdentify and assess potential supply chain risks such as supplier disruptions quality issues or geopolitical factors.
oDevelop and implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of these risks.


About the team
The Amazon Logistics Supply Chain team owns the supply chain setup and readiness for all new programs and products across multiple engineering categories (equipment fixtures consumables etc.. We bring last & middle miles ambitious goals to life by partnering with a wide set of stakeholders in Worldwide Engineering WHS Design Operations and Procurement. We program manage vendors during the design deployment and change management stages. We partner internally and externally to deliver program milestones cost quality and sustainability.

5 years of supply chain experience
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Experience in Leading Supply Chain efforts for New Product Development/Introduction

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
