Key job responsibilities As a GPV Investigator you will be part of a team responsible for inspecting and auditing products sold by thirdparty sellers on Amazon store for various defects impacting Amazons customers. You will leverage various tools (microscopes xray et al) systems standard operating procedures and job aids to assist in identifying product quality defects across a range of below are key areas of responsibility of this role: * You will be expected to meet weekly investigative targets established by leadership. * You be expected to meet weekly quality assurance goals as defined by leadership. * You will also identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and procedures to help streamline our daytoday operations. * You will work closely with leadership and Sr. Investigators in identifying tends and themes to assist our internal customers Product Quality stakeholders in driving upstream improvements in Seller quality metrics and overall cx.
A day in the life As a GPV Investigator 2 heres what your typical daytoday activities look like: * Conduct product investigations * Follow established investigation procedures * Focus on low to medium complexity issues * Update investigation tracking systems * Attend team meetings The role focuses on building expertise in Global Product Verification (GPV) investigation techniques which involves verifying that products meet global quality standards analyzing product deviations conducting product investigations across international markets and contributing to GMP compliance and the overall quality system.
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience * Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets; * Decision making skills based on given guidelines. * Knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research finding specific information about various product categories is required. * Strong attention to detail * Ability to deep dive data sets product conditions and root cause key defects providing a way forward * Microsoft Office products * Computer literacy and database use
