The Impact
- We believe in discovery at Martin. So will you.In this residency you will learn learn and learn some more. This is education through experience and every aspect of how a great ad is madefrom creative ideation to production to media to finance legal and beyondis yours to absorb.
- Youll be a hub of communication and process management.Youll help enable the team to be a wellscheduled welloiled model of efficiency. This could be working on status documents taking compelling meeting notes and sharing relevant action items working with finance to keep track of budgets scheduling key internal and external meetings and even partnering with your Resident Lead in building presentation content for these meetings.
- Youll begin seeking trusted relationships with some of the most ambitious thinkers in the industry.The team will trust you to do any and every task in the pursuit of cultureshifting work. Youll begin understanding our clients business and their place in their industry. Your daytoday partner will be your Resident Lead.
- Cultural research will be a huge part of your growth journey.Youll uncover organic moments track industry changes and track competitor strategies using this data to tell insightful stories that keep us and our clients on top of whats hot out in the world.
- And if it isnt clear yetyoull learn the foundational elements of advertising.Well set you up to take that next bold step in your career engineering real impact of your own. And it will be phenomenal.

- Can speak to or show some tangible experience in how this residency program relates specifically to your longterm career goals in the advertising industry and specifically account leadership
- Push yourself beyond the obvious and ask why and what if
- Are a great communicator (both written and conversationally) collaborator and negotiator we work with a representative group of people (race ethnicity nationality etc. and we value those who are excited at the chance to communicate crossculturally and across departments
- Can work independently shaping and delivering on your own projects and tracking/proving their success
- Are a good mix of curious driven responsible accountable and techsavvy
