Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing leadership development programs
Support training initiatives and workshops for internal teams
Identify talent gaps and propose growth opportunities
Collaborate with department heads to align leadership strategies with business goals
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements
Facilitate team-building activities and leadership coaching sessions
Maintain records and reports related to leadership progress and training outcomes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field
13 years of experience in leadership training talent development or HR preferred
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within teams
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office tools
