RPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading FMCG company to fill the position of Quality Assurance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a wellestablished company that is known for their commitment to producing highquality products. As the Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality control processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards regulations and customer specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Food Science Chemistry or Quality Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
