Are you organised eager to learn and ready to kickstart your career Join our team as an Estimating & Sales Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting projects and customer satisfaction!

What Youll Do:

Assist with managing new quotes and supporting smooth project transitions.

Communicate with customers to confirm details and gather any missing information.

Coordinate with internal teams on project specifications lead times and delivery dates.

Support the team in keeping projects on track and uptodate.

Help maintain accurate records in HubSpot and assist with the quoting process.

Support order processing and manage key project logs.

Work with External Sales to ensure customer needs are met.

What Youll Bring:

No prior experience required! Just a keen interest in admin and organisation.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).

A proactive problemsolving mindset and attention to detail.
