Responsibleforinventorycontrol.
FollowingFIFOthroughoutthefactory.
ResponsibleforRejectionControlthroughSOP(StandarratingProcess)
CalculatingOEE.
WorkingonimprovingOEE.
TimestudyandWorkstudy.
SettingofNewproductonmachine&approveit.
Keytaskshandledduring the tenure
Tomonitor&controltheeffectiveutilizationofavailableresourcesinordertoachieveProductionTarget
Productionplanningandcontrol
ResponsibleformanagingOverallProductionDaytoDayProductionactivities&EnsurethatStandardProductionratesarefollowed.
TroubleshootingofProcess/Production/ProductrelatedProblems.
Optimumutilizationofresourceslikeman&machinetoachievetheproductiontargetson a dailybasis.
Guidetheoperatorforvariousproductionactivitiestoset the productionprocess.
OnlinereworkrejectionmonitoringthroughSOP(StandarratingProcess).
MonitortheDailyProductionReport.
CoordinationwithinternaldepartmentslikeToolRoomQAMaintenanceRawmaterialStores.
Maintain&PreparationofvariousdocumentationrequiredforQualitySystemslikeTS16949&conductQualityauditsforotherdepartments.
Training&awarenessgivenabout5S&safetyin the shopfloor.
Responsibleforthequalityineachcell.
LookingafterTPMactivitieson the shopfloor.
Maintaining5SActivitiesineachcell.
