EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Education Counseling or a related area is required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two 2 years direct testing experience in a post secondary institution
Experience working with a diverse population
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Eligible for GED testing certification by the state
Have yearly inservice training
Bilingual a plus
Basic computer knowledge required
Proficiency with PC and computerized student record system is preferred
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Required to perform two 2 to four 4 full testing sessions under a supervisor before assuming duties
