Job Description
RPO Recruitments client a contractor operating nationwide is in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in large building projects such as Retail Commercial & Residential for their operations in KwazuluNatal
Requirements:
- BTech Quantity Surveying / Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum of 10 years experience in construction / building
- Contractual Aptidue Understanding Principal and Subcontract Agreements JBCC NEC GCC.
- Proven experience with JBCC contracts
- Proven CCS experience
- Cost planning
- Estimating / prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
- Cost Analysis
- Costinuse studies
- Value Management to establish a project budget / Risk management
