Job Description

RPO Recruitments client a contractor operating nationwide is in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in large building projects such as Retail Commercial & Residential for their operations in KwazuluNatal

Requirements:

  • BTech Quantity Surveying / Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in construction / building
  • Contractual Aptidue Understanding Principal and Subcontract Agreements JBCC NEC GCC.
  • Proven experience with JBCC contracts
  • Proven CCS experience
  • Cost planning
  • Estimating / prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
  • Cost Analysis
  • Costinuse studies
  • Value Management to establish a project budget / Risk management
