Description - Clean set and reset tables continuously assuming responsibility for station tables and side duties.
- Serve water bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during meal service.
- Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and always ensure proper safety standards.
- Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations storage areas and food staging areas.
- Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply.
- Perform other duties as requested such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
RequirementsSkills & Abilities
- Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Ability to describe all menu items prices and methods of preparation.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
- Advanced in English; multilingual is strongly preferred.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
