The London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit an Assistant Director of Housing Property and Assets to oversee the development and delivery of capital programmes across both the HRA and GF estate leading on developing and delivering our asset management strategy and to lead on all responsive repairs planned maintenance compliance and safety across the Corporate and Housing estates.
