We are experts on Digital Transformation Solutions Custom Applications Development & Application Modernization IoT and ML/AI solutions Design and Implementation of Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud solutions together with MultiCloud Integration.
On behalf of our biggest clients in energy sector we are seeking to hire a talentedOT/IT Senior Project Manager to join our team and support the full cycle of customer service. The role is with physical presence in the Aspropyrgos Area. The project covers the all the client plants in Greece. The ideal candidate will contribute to the following:
- On Project Management
Works alone or with a small team actively participating in all phases of the project. Applies appropriate project management methods and tools
Agrees project approach with stakeholders and prepares realistic project plans (including scope schedule quality risk and communication plans)
Tracks activities against the project schedule managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate
- On Organization Facilitation
Designs a structured sequence of meetings events or workshops to solve complex problems
Understands required outcomes and outputs from teams and facilitates the team to deliver these
Acts as a liaison among different Client internal OT and IT teams and Vendor teams to coordinate and deliver the desired outcome
- On Customer Service Support
Responds to common requests for service according to project needs by providing information to enable fulfilment
Maintains records informs involved Client and Vendors personnel about the process and advises relevant persons of actions taken
- On Incident Management
Follows agreed procedures to identify register and categorize incidents
Provides investigation and gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocate incidents
- On Problem Management
Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures
Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems processes and services
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Information Technology
- Minimum 3year experience on OT/IT project management
- Minimum 1 year experience on large scale organizations
- Project Management experience at senior level
- Experience in electricity and/or natural gas and/or oil industry and/or utilities sector
- Ability to travel in Greece and abroad to participate in meetings and cover project needs necessitating site presence
