Responsibilities:
- Lead development and deployment of automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse Power BI).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Ensure governance security and best practices are embedded in every solution.
- Drive innovation through Proof of Values (PoVs) and internal optimization initiatives.
- Support and guide junior developers; manage workloads and agile ceremonies across projects.
- Explore and integrate complementary technologies including OCR IDP and Process Mining into automation initiatives.
