Job Description
Will work 12hour swing shifts rotating every two weeks 1week Monday through Thursday 1week Monday through Wednesday
Starting at $18.00 and up $2.50/hr. shift premium for working 6pm6am
*$1500 SignOn Bonus

Basic Job Duties
Assist our Crew Leads with set up operating or tending to equipment that may perform various functions in the production of absorbent pads.
- Follow all safety procedures
- Assist to ensure that the machine is running at optimum level.
- Produce and package products according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to monitor physical characteristics of product and take corrective action as needed.
- Assist with machine cleanups set ups and changeovers as required.
- Make machine adjustments using basic hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Ability to lift and occasionally carry 50 pounds and can perform physical labor(climb bend etc.
- Communicates well and can adapt to varying work conditions
