Growing Private Practice is looking to hire a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to work in an outpatient setting in Bakersfield CA! Close to Santa Barbara.

- $300k$350k within the first year. Most psychiatrists are making $400k$500k per year after 1st year.

About the role: Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Fulltime 40hrs/week flexible schedule can work 5/8s or 4/10s MF
- Outpatient setting seeing all ages but focus on Child/Adolescent
- 2025 patients daily
- Mostly bread and butter psychiatry
Background: Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
- MD / DO
- BC/BE Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Active CA medical license or in process
