Growing Private Practice is looking to hire a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to work in an outpatient setting in Bakersfield CA! Close to Santa Barbara.

Join a psychiatric practice serving patients who struggle with mental disorders in Bakersfield California. You can make a big impact in the community!

About the Company:

  • Founded in 1984 this organizations has grown to be one of the largest most comprehensive mental health clinics in the Southern San Joaquin Valley
  • Offering a wide range of services to include Psychiatric Evaluations Counseling Medication Management and NeuroStar TMS Therapy
  • Join a team of board certified highly professional Psychiatrists Addiction Medicine Physicians and PMHNPs

Benefits: Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist

  • $300k$350k within the first year. Most psychiatrists are making $400k$500k per year after 1st year.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical dental vision and 401k
  • Flexible schedule

About the role: Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist

  • Fulltime 40hrs/week flexible schedule can work 5/8s or 4/10s MF
  • Outpatient setting seeing all ages but focus on Child/Adolescent
  • 2025 patients daily
  • Mostly bread and butter psychiatry

Background: Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist

  • MD / DO
  • BC/BE Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
  • Active CA medical license or in process
