The Position

Monday Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary:
12000 with performance reviews at 6month intervals
Role and Responsibilities:
Theposition involves installation and support to clients for the full range ofVoice and related services e.g. billing cabling & engineering internetand networking mobile contracts and phones costreduction strategy projectmanagement.
Weonly work with leading suppliers in the industry who can offer the highestlevels of quality flexibility reliability and continuous innovation.
Youwill carry out first line support (jointly) for existing services manage neworders and assist with new installations. As such you will need to becomfortable with many aspects of technology.
Trainingwill be formal and onthejob shadowing and learning.
Youwill also assist with quotes and proposals website and online development is planned through various channels such as online andoffline marketing newsletters exhibitions social media etc.
Youwill need to develop professional communication skills and a confidentoutgoing manner to build relationships at all levels including decision the key focus for this role is Voice IT is an integral part of thecore service portfolio and basic IT skills are required for career progression.

Operating within a consulting business modelrequires a high level of expertise professionalism and integrity as well asongoing skills development.
These include:
Sound analyticalstructured thinking skills to ensure excellent service delivery andreliability.
Good presentationtelephone manner and communication skills both written and verbal withability to handle client relationships and express ideas clearly.
Selfstarter with cando attitude able to learn quickly about new services in Voice use them andprovide client training
Capable of workingwithin a team and independently.
Good academic gradesincluding English and Maths. Computer literacy incl. MS Office (Outlook Exceland Word) typing speed etc.
Some knowledge ofAccounts and billing (training will be provided).
Training & qualifications
GCSE or A leveltogether with relevant ICT experience and/or certifications
Induction andonthejob training will be provided
Package
Standard office hoursare from 9am to 5pm and overtime is required for certain projects or deadlines
4 weeks holiday
Travel to clients isrequired; own transport would be useful but not essential at the start.
