The Role: PartTime HR Consultant
Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a role that combines flexibility with purpose As a PartTime HR Consultant at XpanseHR you will provide outsourced and projectbased HR services manage client HR functions lead client engagements and contribute to larger complex projects. Youll work in a vibrant environment that supports both personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HR services to clients ensuring precision and efficiency in managing HR functions.
- Lead client engagements and contribute to larger complex projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships addressing their HR needs with urgency and detail.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues with innovative and practical solutions.
- Handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently showcasing exceptional organization skills and high productivity.
Hourly Requirements: 2025 hours per week
Salary: $55 $75 per hour based on experience
Location: This is a hybrid position primarily conducted remotely with occasional onsite client visits in the Delaware Valley and Philadelphia region and possible travel to neighboring states.
Who You Are
- An accomplished HR practitioner with 8 years of experience across all HR functional areas.
- Experienced in diverse industries or multisite organizations.
- Adaptable to various projects and engagements thriving in a dynamic clientfocused environment.
- Proficient in communication with a collaborative approach and a commitment to respect integrity and professionalism.
- Passionate about making a positive impact and achieving excellence in a flexible dynamic workplace.
A bachelors degree is required and HR professional certification is preferred. Experience in a professional service firm is a plus.
