Office Administrator Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Administrator to join our growing organization. In this position you will answer phones perform clerical tasks and provide general customer service as required. Other duties will include assisting our company owner and other office teams with preparing documents organizing files managing existing documents and generally keeping the office organized tidy and running smoothly; assist with creating estimates and invoices creating purchase orders and working with vendors to fulfill orders.
