Salary 28000 8k OTE
We are currently seeking a highly motivated resultsdriven individual to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Ideagens growth by engaging in outbound prospecting activities identifying key decisionmakers qualifying leads and selling our value proposition. You will be working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with the opportunity to contribute directly to our revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engaging in outbound prospecting activities.
- Identifying key decisionmakers and stakeholders within target organisations.
- Qualifying and assessing leads based on predefined criteria.
- Effectively communicating Ideagens value proposition and key differentiators
- Collaborating closely with the sales team contributing to the development and of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Engaging in consultative selling actively listening to prospects requirements and recommending tailored software solutions.
- Utilising CRM software to efficiently manage and track sales activities opportunities and pipeline.
- Actively participating in sales meetings training programmes and professional development activities.
- Staying uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics identifying potential opportunities for business growth

The ideal candidate for this position will be eager to learn receptive to training and coaching and have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional presentation skills both verbal and written.
Strong selfmotivation proactivity and a resultsdriven attitude.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A resilient and persistent attitude able to handle rejection and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
