Compensation:$20$23/hour
Job Description:
EnrollmentCounselorswork with theEnrollmentMarketing and Communications Team and are accountable for recruiting andenrollingstudents to achieve the organizations studentenrollmentgrowth objectives. They will coordinate all aspects of assisting prospective students with the application andenrollmentprocess.
Role Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Communications Sales or a related field preferred
Years of Experience: A minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or call centers is required.
Background check: Demonstration of a clear state and federal criminal history
Language: Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
TheEnrollmentCounselorteam is accountable for recruiting andenrollingstudents over the phone to achieve our studentenrollmentgrowth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as anenrollmentexpert to students and families.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns to recruit potential applicants.
- Assist prospective students throughout the application process including followups and completing necessary tasks forenrollment.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of all communications.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets/quotas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to adapt to fastpaced dynamic environments.
- Experience in a highvolume call center is preferred
- Experience with CRM and telemarketing software preferred (e.g. Hubspot Five9.
- Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages is a plus.
- US work authorization
FullTime Schedule Options (CST)
Option 1(Rotating Weekends):
- Sunday: 8 AM 5 PM
- Monday: 10AM 6 PM
- Tuesday:Off
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday:10AM 6 PM
- Friday:10AM 6 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM 5 PM
Option 2:
- Sunday: Off
- Monday Friday: 8 AM 5 PM
- Saturday: Off
