Experience: One year of experience conducting investigations of alleged noncompliance with state laws and regulations which govern the licensing and practices of business occupations and professions.
Note:Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military serviceexperience as a noncommissioned officer in ComplianceInspection and Support classifications or Compliance Inspectionand Support specialty codes in the Inspection InvestigationEnforcement and Compliance field of work on a yearforyearbasis for the required experience.
Preference will be given to applicantswho possess the following preferred qualification(s).Include clear and specific information on your application regardingyour qualifications.
Experience with a thorough understanding of Marylandcosmetology laws regulations and licensing requirements.
Experience and knowledge of health safety and sanitationstandards for salons barbershops andother licensed establishments.
Experience with inspection procedures and regulatoryenforcement practices.
