R.J. Kielty Plumbing Heating and Cooling a Family Owned and Operated business since 1973 has built a strong reputation as a top workplace and a trusted name in the HVAC industry.. We are currently seeking an HVAC Helper to join our team at our New Port Richey location.
This position will require you to work in a range of environments including hot cold or confined spaces which requires physical endurance and the ability to handle different work conditions.
HVAC Helper Qualifications:
- No prior experience required we will provide onthejob training.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
- Valid Florida Drivers License and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems.
- Help with basic tasks such as filter replacement cleaning coils and other system maintenance tasks.
- Organize and maintain tools and equipment.
- Load and unload materials for jobs and ensure technicians have necessary supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support technicians in ensuring HVAC systems are operating efficiently.
