McGill AirClean and McGill AirPressure subsidiaries of United McGill have about 70 years experience solving air pollution control problems for a large variety of industrial sources including furnaces boilers incinerators kilns and dryers and providing pressure processing equipment such as autoclaves and vacuum dryers for many industries.
Duties
Supervise multitrade construction projects for the installation of new air pollution control systems and rebuilds of existing systems.
Supervise assigned projects to completion ontime and within budget.
Maintain accurate documentation
Inspecting all field work done by Companys subcontractors for quality assurance and conformance to contract specifications.
Monitor safe work practices of Companys subcontractors.
Qualifications
Five to ten years experience in industrial construction preferably installing largescale capital equipment.
Ability to live at the job site for about four months.
Experience hiring and vetting subcontractors from various trade/union groups.
Familiar with OSHA safety regulations.
A high school diploma or GED is required. A bachelors or associate degree in engineering Construction Management or the like is preferred.
