Job/Practice Description:
- Urologist
- Location: Findlay OH 40mins from Toledo)
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
- Group with surgical and robotics expertise
- Flexible office hours 1.52 OR days per week based on surgical volume
- Surgical cases at main hospital critical access hospital and surgery center
- 24hour inhouse hospitalist service available for ED admissions
- No more than 1:3 call very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
- Office procedures (cystos male/female vasectomy under local bladder and prostate biopsies stent removal PTNS CMG PNEs with Axonics Bulkamid and Botox injections)
- Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3 with two rigid scopes and two flexible Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound UroNav Fusion Biopsy Urodynamics UroLift Nitrous)
- Four da VinciXi Surgical Robots with da VinciTableMotion
- Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Weekly onsite CME and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term wRVU bonus loan assistance signing bonus relocation CME stipend

Profile Background:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology
- Ability to hold an Ohio state medical license
