This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a nextgeneration payroll product!
A global tech leader is seeking aLead UX Researcherto join their product team. This is a chance to drive research at scale shaping enterprise products used by millions.
Day Rate:500 per day
Location:Barcelona (Hybrid 2 days a week in the office)
Start Date:ASAP
Contract:3 months (Possibility to extend and go perm)
What youll do:
- Lead Research from End to End Plan run and deliver impactful research across the product lifecycle.
- Translate behaviours into insights that influence product strategy.
- Work CrossFunctionally Collaborate with global teams to align on user needs.
- Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to your work (UserTesting Maze Qualtrics etc..
- Present findings that inspire action not just awareness.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven UX research experience in digital products (SaaS web or mobile).
- Expertise in usability testing interviews surveys journey mapping and more.
- Strong stakeholder communication and influence.
- A curious mindset and agile approach to problemsolving.
