Maintenance Aid Floater

Responsibilities:
Ensure that all office buildings as well as surrounding areas are maintained in a manner to ensure a clean and healthy work environment.
What you will be working on
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring your facility has adequate supplies and equipment
- Maintaining clean and healthy office spaces
- Determining effectiveness and finding solutions for improvement
- Proactively communicating with team members
- Following health and safety regulations
- Recording maintenance documentation
- Maintaining workplace safety and following OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years cleaning/maintenance experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with practical problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to provide or obtain information to interpret and advise to clarify understanding
